Hi, I’m Gavin Kitching, and I’m passionate about helping others live healthier, happier lives. With a degree in Nutritional Sciences from Colorado State University, I’ve dedicated my career to understanding the complex relationship between diet, lifestyle, and overall health.

After working as a health consultant for several years, I realized that I wanted to reach a wider audience with my message of health and wellness. That’s why I launched my own blog in 2015, where I share evidence-based advice and practical tips on topics ranging from nutrition and natural remedies to exercise and mindfulness.
